Huff 'n Puff Fitness, Dance and Gymnastics Center, Inc. The business) encompasses several programs under the main umbrella: Competitive programs - the Jax Gymnastics Competitive Team, Levels One - Ten; Xcel Team, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond; Jax Trampoline and Tumbling Team; and Jacksonville Dance Company. Huff 'n Puff offers recreational programs in dance, gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling and Ninja Zone.
Sheryl Zimmerman began this business in 1980 by teaching Rhythmic Aerobics; she turned the business over to her talented daughter Laurel in about 2006; Laurel , had been head coach and head of dance for several years at that time. Huff 'n Puff and it's programs have grown immeasurably since then and we are so proud of our very talented and capable instuctors.
