Trampoline and Tumbling classes are held for recreational students. In Trampoline and Tumbling Classes, work on the trampoline is taught, employing safety yet fun skills. The gymnasts learn more about tumbling skills.
Dance classes at Huff 'n Puff include Jazz, Tap and Ballet, and HipHop. Most of the recreational classes include combination classes of Jazz-Tap and Ballet. Hip Hop classes are separate. The preschool classes in Ballet and Tap and Tumbling include gymnastics, also. Huff 'n Puff is very proud to be the home of Jacksonville Dance Company. Genre taught in JDC are Jazz, Tap, HipHop, Lyrical, Musical Theater and Contemporary. Dancers in JDC are required to also take class in Technique, a very important aspect of dance.

Recreational Gymnastics Program
Within the recreational gymnastics program are the following classes:
Beginner (ruby) ages Five to Six and Seven to Nine, intermediate (sapphire) and advanced (emerald) gymnastics which covers floor exercise and equipment of bars, beam, and vault.
Power Tumbling Classes which cover strictly floor tumbling, listed as ruby, sapphire and emerald .
Power Tumbling includes building strength for advanced moves in tumbling.
Ninja Zone and Ninja Warrior are under the gymnastics umbrella. We initiated Ninja Zone four years ago and it is a fairly new program that is very popular in other parts of the country. Ninja Zone is a program that combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. The program has proved to be quite popular with the boys and girls.
When you see one of our vans around town, please know that we are proudly transporting children from their school to our after-school programs, or to certain gymnastics classes, or in the summer time, possibly taking summer daycamp students to a field trip of bowling or miniature golf in Cabot or North Little Rock or zoo in Little Rock or other many fun locations.
